YORK — A sexual assault and child pornography case against a York man has been transferred to federal court.
Bobby Clark, 46, was arrested in June after a 7-year-old child reported having been sexually assaulted.
Cameras, computer equipment and a number of objects that had been precisely described by the child were seized from Clark’s home.
Clark pleaded not guilty in York County District Court to four counts of manufacturing child pornography, two counts of third-degree sexual assault of a child, one count of child abuse and four counts of attempted first-degree sexual assault of a child.
This past fall, special prosecutor Demetria Herman said more victims had come forward.
