Michael S. Grills of Omaha was in court Tuesday on three counts each of robbery and use of a weapon to commit a felony in connection with recent holdups at a Dunkin' Donuts and two Subway sandwich shops.
Douglas County Judge Thomas Harmon set bail at $350,000, meaning that Grills must pay 10 percent, or $35,000, to be released from jail.
Harmon then added an admonishment: “And you are ordered not to enter a Subway or Dunkin' Donuts.”
The robberies occurred Oct. 16, 30 and 31. In each, a prosecutor said, Grills, 41, ordered food, displayed a handgun in his waistband and demanded money.
Grills got away with a total of $674, the prosecutor said.
