LINCOLN (AP) — Nebraska women's coach Connie Yori paid $98 for a traffic infraction arising from a parking garage accident.
The case of careless driving was resolved on Wednesday, according to the Lincoln Journal Star.
Assistant University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police Chief Charlotte Evans said someone saw Yori's vehicle bump another in a campus garage Sept. 7. Evans said Yori left without leaving a note, but a witness left a note on the other vehicle. The owner of that vehicle later reported the incident to UNL police.
Evans said that when officers contacted Yori, she recalled bumping the other vehicle but didn't think she caused any damage.
