The Creighton volleyball team jumped two spots in the NCAA RPI Monday, and Kelli Browning named Big East player of the week.
The Bluejays (14-4, 5-1 Big East) moved up to fifth in the RPI, trailing Texas, Penn State, Florida and USC. Creighton has two wins
against teams ranked in AVCA poll, having defeated No. 19 BYU and No. 22 Kansas.
Browning was named Big East player of the week after helping Creighton top Xavier and Butler last weekend, moving the Bluejays into first place in the Big East standings. Browning led Creighton by averaging team-bests of 3.22 kills, 1.11 blocks and hit .420 on the weekend.
