A power outage in the 152nd and Harrison Streets area was restored early Tuesday, Omaha Public Power District officials said.
Power was back on in the area at 2:08 a.m.
The stormy weather and poor working conditions made the repair work challenging, OPPD said. More than 500 customers were affected by the outage, OPPD said.
Crews had to replace a damaged pole at 152nd and Harrison. The affected area included 151st to 155th Street, and Josephine to Harrison Street.
OPPD crews also worked on other scattered outages in the Omaha area that occurred during Monday night's thunderstorms. More than 300 customers were affected, OPPD said, and they were primarily individual service outages.
At 6 a.m. Tuesday, OPPD's outage map indicated that 19 customers were without power, with 15 in Douglas County.
Crews were continuing to work to restore power.
