The Storz beer brand is back, and you can be part of it.

Local artists, designers and the public can submit designs for a series of collectible bottle caps for Storz beer.

Storz in bottles will soon hit retail shelves statewide, and Storz Brewing Co. wants special bottles caps for the product. Depending on the quality of submissions, up to 600 designs will be included in the initial run of bottle caps.

The company recently re-launched the Storz brand, which had been part of Omaha for decades.

Storz products, including Triumph Lager and Wood Duck Wheat, will be bottled and distributed in November. The products already are on tap in more than 30 Nebraska pubs and bars.

You can submit designs for review by Storz Brewing Co. at www.storzbrewing.com/submit-bottlecap, or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/StorzBrewing.

Artists selected will receive recognition for their work on www.storzbrewing.com. All submissions must include the Storz logo.
