One of Nikko Jenkins' cousins will go to trial on two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery in connection with an August killing spree.
Christine Bordeaux waived her right to a preliminary hearing in Douglas County Court on Monday. That means she'll stand trial in district court.
The allegations against Bordeaux, 39, center on the Aug. 11 deaths of Jorge Cajiga-Ruiz and Juan Uribe-Pena in Spring Lake Park and the Aug. 21 death of Andrea Kruger near 168th and Fort Streets.
Authorities allege that the two men were lured to the park on the promise of receiving a sex act. Investigators believe Kruger was a random carjacking victim.
Jenkins, 26, has been charged with first-degree murder in all three of those deaths and in the Aug. 19 slaying of Curtis Bradford.
