City of Omaha traffic engineers say that a northbound lane of 13th Street, from Howard Street to Harney Street, is closed.
The restriction is due to gas service installation by Metropolitan Utilities District and it will be in effect for one week.
Also, an eastbound lane of F Street, from 38th Street to 37th Street, is restricted. The restriction is due to utility work by MUD and it will be in effect for three to four days.
And beginning Thursday at 1 p.m., eastbound traffic on Douglas Street, from Turner Boulevard to 24th Street, will have various lane restrictions. The restrictions are due to milling and resurfacing by Western Engineering and they will be in effect for four days.
The engineers also said Thursday that Cass Street, from 85th Street to Wes Dodge Road, has been reopened to head-to-head traffic, with one lane each for eastbound and westbound directions.
The head-to-head traffic will be in effect for four weeks while MUD installs a new water main.
