Whether fans at TD Ameritrade Park want to see stats, a replay of a close call or pass the time between innings, they can all look one place: the scoreboard in right field.
But all that information has to be produced by someone.
The group is headed by Martin McCreary, the NCAA's in-game entertainment producer for the College World Series. Before the game, the crew has 50 items for the scoreboard.
McCreary's goal is to make sure fans have a good time, even between innings.
“When you have two minutes between each inning, we want to engage the fans and let them have some fun,” McCreary said.
