Public survey to shape health priorities
The Douglas County Health Department and Live Well Omaha need the public’s help to develop a Community Health Improvement Plan. This planning process will identify health priorities, develop action steps and target resources.
The survey is available for your input through Wednesday. The CHIP will be presented at the annual Health Summit on Oct. 17.
