A 25-year-old man was injured early Friday in a shooting near 93rd and Blondo Streets.
Omaha police said Laroy Rivers and a friend were driving home from a bar about 2 a.m.
A gray, four-door sedan pulled up alongside their vehicle. Someone inside the sedan opened fire, striking Rivers.
Rivers and Oliver Jones, 24, told officers they ran from their car to get away from the shooter. Someone gave them a ride to the Nebraska Medical Center, where Rivers was treated for his injuries.
