California rapper Kendrick Lamar has rescheduled his Lincoln concert date.

The “good kid, m.A.A.d city” artist will perform at the Pershing Center on May 28, about two months after he postponed a previous tour stop there.

Lamar worked with big name producers such as Dr. Dre and Pharrell Williams, among others, on his major label debut, which Huffington Post called “rap genius.”

“With some of the game's best producers providing beats that fit in a cohesive manner, Lamar is able to paint a vivid story of a good kid in a dangerous city,” the website's review said.

Lamar has an extensive tour scheduled from now through the beginning of July that includes stops at such festivals as Hangout and Bonnaroo as well as dates in Europe.

Tickets for Lamar's originally scheduled April 2 date in Lincoln will be honored on May 28.

Tickets, $35, are currently on sale at Ticketmaster's website, Ticketmaster retail locations, the Pershing Center box office and by phone at 800-745-3000.
