Another classic rock band will return to Omaha this summer.
Steely Dan, the purveyors of such ’70s hits as “Reelin’ in the Years” and “Hey Nineteen,” will perform at the Orpheum Theater on Aug. 6.
The “Mood Swings: 8 Miles to Pancake Day” tour will feature Walter Becker and Donald Fagen along with an eight-member supporting band, The Bipolar Allstars.
Steely Dan, which sold more than 30 million albums since 1972’s “Can’t Buy a Thrill,” last performed here in 2011.
Tickets to the concert, $62.50 to $128, go on sale May 6 at 10 a.m. at www.ticketomaha.com, the Ticket Omaha box office or by phone at 402-345-0606.
