Urban cycling is becoming more popular in Omaha, and the city is making efforts to accommodate bike commuters and encourage more pedalers and pedestrians.
Not everyone's in love with that idea or how the city's going about it, and the city's bike lanes were a hot topic at a March 26 forum of Omaha's mayoral candidates.
