Six forums in nine days? Welcome to the life of an Omaha mayoral candidate.
With less than two weeks before the city's primary election, the major candidates will be answering questions and meeting voters at forums across the city, starting with one tonight at Anthony's Steakhouse.
At least five more forums will follow over the next week.
Five candidates are vying for the city's top elected position: Mayor Jim Suttle, former City Councilman Dan Welch, businessman Dave Nabity, City Councilwoman Jean Stothert and State Sen. Brad Ashford.
