FORT COLLINS, Colo. — The University of Nebraska at Omaha picked up two wins Friday during the opening day of the Colorado State Classic to improve to 15-1.

UNO was down 1-0 to Bradley (8-7) after one inning but produced three runs in the top of the third and never relinquished the lead.
The Braves cut the lead to 3-2 in the bottom of the third, but the Mavs scored four more runs in the top of the fourth for a 7-2 lead.
Bradley scored four runs in the next three innings to make it 7-6, chasing UNO’s Dana Elsasser. But Ashton Hughes came on to end the sixth inning, stranding one runner.
