Don Losole III died Friday night from injuries he suffered in a one-car accident.
Losole, 54, had been ejected from his 2003 Mercedes sedan on Tuesday night after the car veered off 30th Avenue near McKinley Road.
The car went airborne, struck a tree, then rolled to a stop behind the Omaha Fire Department station at 9090 N. 30th St. Losole wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
Nebraska Medical Center staff pronounced him dead Friday night, police said.
Losole was a cousin of the owner of Lo Sole Mio restaurant in Omaha.
