Omaha's flights to the east Saturday are, for the most part, unaffected by severe weather in the northeast.
One glaring exception was the cancellation of United Airlines' direct flight from Eppley Airfield to Newark, N.J.
Also, Boston's Logan International Airport and Connecticut's Bradley International Airport were closed much or all of Saturday because of heavy snow.
Otherwise, flights out of Eppley that were destined for cities such as Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and others generally were on time. Many of those flights have a connection between Omaha and the destination city.
"Essentially, we've got no impact as a result of the weather right now," said Steve McCoy, operations supervisor for the Omaha Airport Authority.
McCoy nevertheless said it was wise for travelers to check in with their airline by phone or online to make sure.
