SCOTTSBLUFF — A South Dakota man is accused of exposing himself to a Walmart employee.
Jeremy C. Glassgow, 32, of Porcupine, S.D., was arrested here Wednesday. He has been charged with third-degree sexual assault without consent and public indecency, both misdemeanors.
According to an arrest affidavit, the employee told police she was working in the pets department when a customer approached her and asked her about several items. The woman said the man was acting strangely.
When she turned away, the suspect exposed himself and committed an indecent act.
Walmart staff supplied police with surveillance photo of the man and of a vehicle he reportedly had been driving. Police located the vehicle later Wednesday and arrested Glassgow.
Glassgow pleaded not guilty Friday in Scotts Bluff County Court and has been scheduled for trial on Jan. 15.
