Omaha police said they have arrested the so-called “Dundee Flasher,’’ a 23-year-old man suspected of flashing people in and around the Dundee neighborhood over the past several months.
The man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of two counts of lewd conduct and one count of misdemeanor assault.
Police withheld the man’s arrest photograph as they investigate whether he was involved in a series of other lewd acts.
Lt. Darci Tierney, a police spokeswoman, said police believe the man exposed himself to a woman in a supermarket at Saddle Creek Road and Leavenworth Street about 10 a.m. Aug. 31. He then assaulted the woman’s husband before running away.
The man also is suspected of exposing himself at an apartment building near 49th and California Streets about 11:30 p.m Oct. 14. — Kevin Cole
