A 26-year-old Valley, Neb., man was improving after he was hurt about 3 a.m. Saturday in a rollover crash on U.S. Highway 275 near 240th Street.
Brett N. Rave was considered in critical condition when he was flown to the Nebraska Medical Center following the crash. He was in good condition Sunday evening, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Rave had been driving a 1997 Chevrolet pickup northwest on Highway 275 when he lost control and rolled the truck, ejecting him, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said.
Rave was first taken to the Methodist Women’s Hospital and then flown by helicopter to the Nebraska Medical Center.
