Omaha police said a 17-year-old was shot multiple times in north Omaha early Wednesday.
Johnnie M. Wilson was taken to the Nebraska Medical Center in critical condition. He was found about 3:15 a.m. in a church parking lot near 30th and Parker Streets.
Police said Wilson's injuries were not believed to be life threatening.
In other police matters, two Kwik Shop convenience stores were robbed early Wednesday.
Police said the Kwik Shop near 96th and F Streets was held up about 2:20 a.m. and the store near 36th and Leavenworth Streets was robbed about 4 a.m.
The robberies may be connected, police said. In both crimes, two suspects with similar descriptions entered the stores, displayed a firearm and demanded money.
No injuries were reported in the robberies.
