Omaha police said three juveniles tried to steal food from a Burger King drive-up window early Sunday morning by displaying what might have been a pellet gun.
Police said two 12-year-old boys and a 13-year-old boy were arrested after the attempted robbery at the restaurant on North 72nd Street.
The boys walked to the drive-up window about 12:30 a.m. and demanded food. When a restaurant employee refused them, they ran away. Police apprehended them a short time later. They were taken to a juvenile detention center.
