Former Gretna City Administrator Colleen Lawry faces additional allegations — this time connected with letting her dog run loose.
Lawry, 49, pleaded not guilty Wednesday to misdemeanor charges of an animal running at large and causing damage.
The dog incident occurred June 18, according to Sarpy County Court records.
Lawry, who was fired in May, has pleaded not guilty to a felony theft charge of misusing nearly $1,000 from a Gretna senior citizens fund.
She also was charged with a misdemeanor after prosecutors say she received a gun from former Bellevue Police Chief John Stacey and failed to register it. — Roseann Moring
