Bob Dylan announced a new album this week in addition to a new tour, which puts him in Omaha in November.
The folk troubadour will perform at CenturyLink Center Omaha on Nov. 3 with opener Mark Knopfler.
Ticket information is not yet available.
His new album, “Tempest,” will hit stores weeks before on Sept. 11. The album will feature 10 new songs and will be his first studio album since “Together Through Life” came out in 2009.
Fans have speculated that “Tempest” may be the aging singer-songwriter's last album because it shares the title of William Shakespeare's final play, “The Tempest.”
Dylan doesn't appear to be slowing down. Though he's 71, Dylan continues to tour almost constantly every year. His European tour last year took place in front of standing-room-only crowds in nearly every city.
