ALL IN THE FAMILY: Project Interfaith will present a three-part series focusing on how to be a parent in a multifaith or interfaith family. The "All in the Family" programs are open to all, and the first session will be held on Thursday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 7070 Cass St.

Four interfaith couples from the Omaha area will discuss different models for raising a multifaith or interfaith family. Participants will then discuss the strengths and challenges of four styles of parenting: exposing children to two or more faiths without emphasizing one over another; making a conscious decision to raise children in the faith of one partner, without the other partner converting; choosing a third faith other than those of the parents to raise the children in; and raising children without exposure to any faith.

"All in the Family" is cosponsored by First United Methodist Church. Child care will be available at no charge. Preregistration, $10 ($5 for students) is encouraged because space is limited. For more information and registration, see www.projectinterfaith.org or phone 402-933-4647.
