Creighton University students evacuated from Swanson Hall about 1:30 p.m. today because of . . . burned popcorn.
The Omaha Fire Department was called because of smoke in the building, said a spokeswoman for the university.
The smoke was quickly traced to burned popcorn on the first floor.
