Value Place, a national extended-stay hotel franchise, is scheduled to open its first location in Bellevue the first week of September in Daniell Crossing, near Golden Boulevard and Highway 370.
Other area Value Place hotels are in Council Bluffs, Omaha and Lincoln.
The $5.4 million, 121-unit Bellevue hotel will feature 264- to 319-square-foot studios with full kitchens. Additional services such as laundry access, high speed Internet and housekeeping are available for an extra fee.
Sam Catanese, development assistant with Wichita, Kan.-based Investment Resources Corp., which owns the property, said the company will offer a $189.99 weekly room rate.
Construction of the four-story, approximately 43,600-square-foot hotel has been on schedule despite the harsh winter and frequent storms during the summer building season, Catanese said.
He said Kansas-based M&M Properties Management, which specializes in managing Value Place properties, will handle the hotel’s day-to-day operations.
