Hockey: Lancers set for busy weekend

Radio: 1290 AM KKAR Omaha scouting report: Omaha returns home after a 4-0 road swing with the best record (8-1) and most points (16) in the USHL standings. Fourteen Lancers have scored at least one goal this season, led by forward Matt White with seven. Goaltender Jeff Teglia ranks third in the league in save percentage (.932) and fourth in fewest goals allowed per game (1.84).

Waterloo scouting report: The Black Hawks are 2-6 and have lost six of their past seven games, including a 7-4 home setback to Omaha Oct. 23. Forward Tyler Barnes leads the Black Hawks in goals (four) and points (eight).

Sioux City scouting report: The Musketeers are in last place in the East Division at 3-6 and are in the midst of a three-game skid started by the Lancers Oct. 24. Matt Paape and Stephan Vigier have three goals each to lead Sioux City.

Indiana scouting report: The defending Clark Cup champions are 5-2-1 and have won four of their past five games. Defender Nick Bailen and forward Nic Dowd are the leading scorers with six points apiece on one goal and five assists. Goaltender Cab Morris leads the league in goals allowed (1.23 per game) and save percentage (.957).
