The city's fugitive task force has arrested a man long wanted in connection with last year's kidnapping and shooting of Sarah Schramm, 25.
Rayshawn Abram, 28, was arrested late Tuesday and charged with attempted first degree murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony, witness tampering and conspiracy.
Authorities accuse Abram of joining two of his relatives -- Jamaal and Jerrell Abram - last summer in an effort to kidnap and kill Schramm because the three believed she was in some way responsible for the death of another relative, Tieres Abram, 24.
