The death of a 21-year-old Creighton University student last month has been blamed on an accidental overdose of the painkiller oxycodone.
Jonathan Colby was found dead inside his apartment-style campus residence at 615 N. 20th St.
Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine said today that toxicology results list the official cause of death as drug toxicity.
Colby, a native of Hartland, Wis., was studying chemistry. He graduated from Hartland's Arrowhead Union High School in 2006.
