Opening ceremony 2 p.m. Oct. 25 in Rotunda. Displayed weekdays 8-5 in State Library. Quilt display and lecture 2 p.m. Nov. 1 in Library. Gettysburg Address ceremony Nov. 21 in library. All events free and open to the public.
